After sampling the apple pineapple tisane at Laguna Hills Farmers Market, I was excited to take a bag home. I appreciated that the Teawaves representative was knowledgeable about the tisane: He provided information on the source, ingredients, nutritional value, and how many steeps each packet offered, as well as instructions on how to prepare it both hot and cold.
But he told me there were 10 individual packets in the bag. I was disappointed my bag had only 8 packets.

Today my family and I went to Redondo Beach. We saw a farmers market and found this awesome tea vendor. My nephew who dislikes teas actually enjoyed the apple pineapple tisane, no naturally, I bought a pack. We were told of all the awesome benefits and that there were 10 packets that each can be brewed and rebrewed about 3 times. The lady said, “it’s like having 30 packets”. I loved it, but when I opened my bag, I only had 8. Feeling a little ripped off for $20. Please don’t lie to customers. Thank you.
