Oolong Tea

Spotlight on Eastern Beauty

Spotlight: Eastern Beauty

There are teas you drink.
And there are teas you return to.

Eastern Beauty is the latter.

  1. It meets me in every season.
Heavily oxidized yet never overpowering, its amber liquor feels like warmth itself. In winter, it glows like firelight. In summer, it mirrors the sun on a long trail with friends. The same tea, different mood — always right.

  1. It carries a rare story.
Grown in Taiwan, Eastern Beauty is naturally bitten by leafhoppers, triggering the leaves to develop their signature honeyed, almost maple sweetness. Because this happens only during a brief seasonal window, production is inherently limited. Nature decides the supply.

  1. It elevates simple food.
With plain yogurt, raw honey, and seasonal berries, nothing competes. The subtle sweetness of both tea and food lift each other. It’s the kind of pairing you find at a farmers market morning — unforced, intentional, balanced.

Eastern Beauty doesn’t need to be loud.
It just needs to be steeped.

If you haven’t experienced it yet, now is the time.
